IMPORTANT FOR USA BUYERS:
According to the Romanian postal service, recently many orders, however small, have been rejected by US customs. Please ensure that you are able to receive purchases made from abroad.
In the event of a return by customs, we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping costs we have incurred.
- Two items may be combined per shipment. No more than two items will be combined in the same shipment.
- All orders, without exception, will be shipped by certified mail with tracking number and acknowledgement of receipt ( A.R.).
- Items with a unit value exceeding USD $10.00 will be sent by certified mail with tracking number and acknowledgement of receipt (A.R.).
- Transit times may be somewhat long, as customs services are often overloaded with work.
- We are aware that shipping costs are somewhat expensive. Postal services in Romania are very expensive compared to other European countries. In addition to the postal service costs, eBay transaction fees and VAT must be added.
