IMPORTANT FOR USA BUYERS:
According to the Romanian postal service, recently many orders, however small, have been rejected by US customs. Please ensure that you are able to receive purchases made from abroad.
In the event of a return by customs, we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping costs we have incurred.
- Two items may be combined per shipment. No more than two items will be combined in the same shipment.
- Any questions regarding the advertised item, including its availability, can be sent by email. I will respond as quickly as possible.
- Orders in which the item price, excluding shipping costs, is less than 10 U.S. dollars will be shipped via International Priority Mail.
At the time of packaging, a photo of the item will be taken, along with another photo of the envelope with the postage stamp, and these will be sent to the buyer. This type of shipment does not have a tracking number; therefore, in the event of loss, the seller assumes no liability for such loss, and the buyer bears the full cost of the lost item.
If the purchase price of one or more items exceeds 10 U.S. dollars, the shipment will be sent via international certified mail with confirmation of receipt. A copy of the shipping document, including the tracking number, will be sent to the buyer.
